  • Lucky joined Silverware in 1998 as a Technical Services Manager, quickly advanced to VP Technology and currently serves as an Executive Vice President, Business Development.

    Lucky’s core focus is on revenue growth and is responsible for sales and strategic business development. He identifies ways to maximize revenue and lead new business opportunities including entering new verticals, new geographies & partnering with large international hospitality organizations.

  • Alex officially joined Silverware in 2012 in a Special Projects role, helping to strategize and implement solutions to create efficiencies and drive revenue. He quickly moved into a Sales & Business Development role, driving revenue for the company.

    Today, Alex oversees the operational functions of the business and the work of the management team. With a key focus on scalability, he is responsible for strategic and organizational leadership of the day-to-day operations of the business. Alex is instrumental is designing and implementing initiatives and business strategies to improve the profitability of the organization.

  • Michael officially joined Silverware in 2007 is a Sales role, helping to drive revenue and increase market share. With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Michael has been instrumental in managing many of Silverware’s largest clients and increasing the company’s footprint globally.

    Michael is passionate about offering impactful technology to restaurants and hotels alike. He does this by building meaningful relationships, supporting clients, and earning people’s trust. Michael’s aspiration to see Silverware grow has help catapult the organization into new regions.

  • With over 13 years of experiencing in software development, Kevin manages software team at Silverware. He is instrumental in architecting and overseeing the development of Silverware’s technology solutions.

    Kevin was instrumental in leading the development of the company’s latest generation cloud-based solutions. He researches new solutions, architects, and scopes out products, manages the development life cycle, delegates projects, and mentors’ developers.

  • With over 13 years of experiencing in software development, Burak manages the software & QA team at Silverware. He is integral in managing sprints, design meetings, mentoring developers and working with the team to develop ground-breaking technologies.

    Burak is a passionate full stack developer who is eager to learn new methodologies and technologies. Always in the search for simplifying complicated problems.

  • With close to 25 years of tenure at Silverware, Sonia is a subject matter expert on deploying and implementing Silverware solutions to the hospitality industry.

    Today, Sonia manages a large team of Implementations Specialists and Project Managers who work diligently to offer a white-gloved professional implementation of the company’s technology. Her focus is to continuously improve the understanding of the company’s clients and create impactful on-boarding programs.

  • Darrin joined Silverware in 2014, and with over 12 years of technical support experience, he is responsible for managing a large team of Technical Support representatives at Silverware.

    Darrin focuses on ensuring effective and efficient support to Silverware’s clients. He implements new strategies and motivates the team to provide superb support to the company’s clients.

  • Marina joined Silverware over 13 years ago as a Senior Accountant. She quickly became the Accounting Manager.

    Today, as the Director of Accounting, Marina ensures all financial aspects are taken care of. From bank reconciliation, AP, AR, and payroll, through to monthly close process and financial analysis.

  • Tyler joined Silverware in 2018 as a Technical Account Manager. With close to 15 years of experience in the hospitality space, he was instrumental in managing some of Silverware’s largest accounts.

    Today, Tyler’s focus is managing a team and ensuring all of Silverware’s clients receive incredible support. He has a proven track record in creating better relationships and continues to add value to the company’s clients.

  • Chris joined Silverware over 25 years ago as a Technical Support agent. He then quickly became the manager of the Field Service department. Today, Chris’ focus is on purchasing, managing, and controlling inventory.

    With the ever-evolving hardware landscape, Chris creates projections for future purchasing requirements, recommends new hardware solutions, and works to reduce costs and increase Silverware’s profitability.

  • Shweta joined Silverware in 2019. With over 10 years of experience in managing the full cycle human resource operations, Shweta has been key in implementing new policies and procedures to better manage the people & culture at Silverware.

    With a focus on scale, Shweta is responsible for recruitment, labour relations and retention, payroll, and benefits packages.

  • Thomas began his relationship with Silverware in 1997 as the General Manager for one of the first ever US Silverware installations. In 1999, Thomas became an Authorized Silverware Reseller and eventually joined the Silverware Family in 2008.

    With over 20 years of experience in multiple operational and managerial hospitality roles, Thomas brings a consultative approach and incredible expertise to the Sales process; and continues to perform a significant role in the company’s expansion into hotels and resorts.

  • With over 10 years of demonstrated hospitality experience, Chad has developed a strong focus on improving processes and efficiencies in the industry by bringing people and technology together.

    Chad manages a team of Product Specialists and works intimately with several departments and customers to introduce products that make an impact.
