Setting up Questions is similar to setting up Menu Groups. You can use existing questions or create new questions depending on the experience you are aiming for within the platform. You can also assign multiple questions to a single item to simulate the same line of questioning a server would ask table side.
If a guest was to order a Steak the server would likely ask “How would you like that cooked?” and/or “Which side option would you like?”. We can create or assign questions to items to walk the guest through all that when ordering from the Digital Platform.
Setting up Questions
1. Navigate to the Menu Groups tab
2. Select the desired question to edit
3. Set desired Description and Guest Description
4. Select the Availability tab
5. Apply the applicable Menu Availability
6. Please note that at least one of Online Ordering or POS has to be selected.
