How often do you update Silverware POS?

The short answer is at least once a year. We constantly receive feedback and suggestions from thousands of customers. That means throughout the year Silverware is constantly adding new features.

Each year we release a newsletter that describes all the new features that Silverware customers can take advantage of by an easy upgrade.

Is there technical support?

Adding a new menu item or changing a price takes mere minutes and can be done in the middle of a busy meal period. Train new servers in a half hour and let them practice in a “training mode”. Reports are thorough and easy to see on screen until you find the exact one you want.
