Fully integrated, the SilverWare Reservation Management is a graphical application
that provides extensive functionality and shares a single customer database. This
close integration ensures that your guests receive the highest level of service
as hosts, servers, & managers, share the same vital information about each and
every customer.
Optimal Reservation Planning
- Table & Seat Inventory functions allow you to specify the amount
of available reservations for a specific day and time period. This critical feature
set allows for maximum efficiency in the kitchen & dining room, ultimately ensuring
that your guests have a memorable experience and that your operation runs at an
optimal revenue generating pace.
- Ability to preset length of reservation based on party size with the
option to override based on special circumstances. This functionality provides Built-In
Intelligence that automatically blocks table availability based on previously scheduled
reservations and size of party.
- Capable of selecting and blocking multiple tables to accommodate large
party sizes.
Full Integration with SilverWare POS gives you a wealth
of benefits
- Intelligent interaction between SilverWare Reservation Management &
SilverWare POS provides your organization with unparalleled benefits in this highly
competitive industry.
- Sharing a singular graphical Floor Plan, the reservation system tracks
customer arrival times and can automatically or manually assign the reservation
to a specified Server using ‘Section’ assignments.
- Seating a guest automatically starts the order within SilverWare POS.
- Advanced table management features ensure improved customer service
by creating “alerts” that notify managers about certain exceptions occurring
on the floor. If a guest has been seated for a specified time period and has yet
to place an order, a flag will appear on the visual table layout at the Reservation
& Point-of-Sale terminals warning of potential service issues.
- Assign a guest to a preferred table, days or even weeks in advance of
reservation.
- Maintain and display special notes on customers or reservations, such
as ‘Birthday Party’ or ‘Business Meeting’.
- By sharing one Customer database, your staff is empowered with the information
necessary to keep your guests coming back. Hosts, Servers, & Managers can quickly
identify your customer’s favorite menu items, review prior complaints, or
even foods to avoid.
- Internal Email messaging allows for significant interaction between
hosts & servers. Messages can be sent from the Reservation system directly to
a table containing important information about your guests. Upon selection of the
table at the POS terminal, the server will retrieve this message.
- Visual indicators displaying bussing requirements for newly unoccupied
tables makes certain that guests are not seated prematurely and that your host is
efficient.
- Easily edit the floor plan permanently or temporarily with capabilities
to move, add, remove, resize or renumber any table, any time, in just two easy steps.
Additional Benefits
- Effectively manage walk in traffic through the ‘Wait List’.
Track ‘Time’ added to Wait List vs. ‘Wait Time Quoted’.
This allows you to monitor accuracy and ultimately the satisfaction of your guests.
- Full table transfer capabilities and order tracking functions displaying
specific time of order placement for individual items.
- Visual Table layout will display outline or box surrounding a particular
table indicating a reservation. Both the customers’ name and reservation time
are displayed. Different colors indicate status of the reservation to be either
Pending, Overdue, or Party seated without order placement.
