- Use or add any units of measure that you wish, instantly getting detailed
cost breakdown information for each item, including any waste factors and current
quantity on hand.
- Specify supplier and location for easy ordering and counting of physical
inventory. Enter purchase account information for your accounting program for easy
reference and streamlined exporting.
- Easily add Item Locations, Accounts, Groups, Units of Measure and Suppliers

Prep / Batch Recipes
- Take a big leap in profit building by using the "Product Recipe"
window. Build menu products, add-ons, combination dishes, and any other meal. Point
and click to select the ingredients, and the cost is automatically calculated.
- Quickly and easily create prep or batch recipes just as you would in
your kitchen. Simply select the recipe ingredients and physical yield (e.g. number
of portions or servings) and Inventory Management will calculate total and portion
cost.
- Use these prep or batch recipes as ingredients in building other prep
recipes or menu items within the application. In seconds, determine cost breakdown
of a recipe.
- Type in recipe instructions for your preps and products, and compile
recipe books for your kitchen and bar.
Inventory Control
- Accurate & flexible inventory counting.
- Record multiple storage locations and units to ensure more accurate
stock levels. (E.g. Track ground beef in the freezer by the case, the cooler by
the pack, and the deli by the ounce.)
