  • Track Sales by Cost/Revenue Centers and define by Table and/or Specific Station and/or Employee and set priority.
  • Assignment of Menu Access Restrictions to Managers (Security Groups) for Menu Groups, Items, Classes, Price Levels and Schedules. Manager can only view/modify the menu portion that relates to their cost centre/revenue centre. Custom Configure so manager can change pricing but not add/edit reporting classes.
  • Flexible & powerful reporting and printing based on revenue center, segment, and service type, including cost center on guest check, guest name and room number on closed check stub.
  • Configure Cost/Revenue Centre specific check messages.
  • Ability to see if a guest is attached to a folio, have credit, and a Meal Plan.
  • Room Service Order Screen in tab configuration displaying portion of Room Service order with programmable price levels.
  • Room Service and all service types offer configurable printing settings, option to force auto-gratuity charge, and auto-menu item like “delivery charge”.
  • Optional tray setup prep ticket for server delivering room service order specific to the items being delivered.
  • Retail capabilities with scanner integration and PLU lookup suitable for attached gift shops or markets with large inventories of beverages, apparel, and other scan able or weighed items.
  • Integration to inventory module that can handle separate inventory databases like housekeeping, maintenance, and A/V equipment.
  • Option to print guest check Signature slip only after server has verified that the guest is registered, has credit, and authorized.
  • Ability to reproduce a guest check at checkout replicating the check produced by SilverWare Avrio (with certain versions of Northwind's Maestro PMS).
  • Ability to assigning hotel guest to order by performing a lookup through the Maestro CRM integration. Any discounts or comp meals will apply automatically as per the guest’s package (with certain versions of Northwind's Maestro PMS).
  • Transactions in SilverWare Avrio can accrue points in the Maestro loyalty program allowing the operator to maintain a single database for frequent diner rewards (with certain versions of Northwind's Maestro PMS).

AVRIO by SilverWare POS was selected by Marigolds & Onions for all Concession and Foodservice facilities at the Rogers Cup Tennis Tournament in Toronto. Forty-Four SilverWare AVRIO POS terminals were deployed at the venue. Built in 2004, Rexall Centre is a Tennis Stadium with the main venue holding 12,500 spectators. There are 11 other smaller courts next to the main stadium which also has 39 executive suites and two party suites.
