SQL Server based AVRIO delivers Menu Cycling, with automatic menu item display and de-activation by day, and revenue center based on a schedule implemented for the entire week, month, or year in advance. Member accounts can be customized and assigned to a variety of daily, weekly, monthly meal plans or resettable dollar balances.

• AVRIO can be configured with forced assignment of every occupied seat to a resident or guest in the dining room outlet ensuring revenue maximization.
• Resident preferences are accessible by staff through the ordering screen.
• Magnetic swiped room key integration with AVRIO allows residents to use their current room key in the dining room for meal plan assignment and transactional purposes.
• Resident couples can be automatically linked to each other's account, each configured independently but if one goes over their meal plan limit, the meal is automatically applied to the linked account of the spouse.
• Customized Integration to client's billing system.
• Auto generate checks at each table by accounts.
